Blogoholic

Rich- Remember after having Skyler how we would ask ourselves “What was life like before children?”

Me- “Yep”…..anticipating a sweet memory to follow.

Rich- “That is what I now say about your blogging… “It is hard to remember what life was like before blogger & franzenfam!”

Me- Sheepish smile

So does this mean I am a blogoholic? “Hi, my name is Michelle and I am a blogoholic!” Anyone else want to join my support group?

Oh, man. Is Rich really saying that your blogging has overtaken your family's life with the same intensity that children have?!? That is hilarious!!!

Hi, my name is Ginger, and it's all those Teen Mania peoples fault!

Notice who never blogs anymore, Beth and Michelle A. They get me hooked and then they disappear.

Blogging faux pas here...I just wanted to thank you for the names of those books you recommended.

It's only been a couple of months for me...I couldn't possibly be addicted. Don't they say the first step is to admit it? I'm not ready to "come out" yet, I'm having too much fun. :)

Hi. My name is Susan, and I'm a blogoholic. How did this happen? I was only a casual lurker for a year.

I don't know how I get such a rap for starting all this...AISHA:-) Can I help it if my blog is so amazing that it inspires others to use their talents as well? (that's Humble Heidi talking)

I've been getting looks and comments lately from my husband too in regards to blogging. I think that they are unclear about a few things:

1) Women can multitask, so blogging for me doesn't mean that I'm in a vacuum and the world around me is on pause until I'm finished.
2) It doesn't take hours to write a comment on a fellow bloggers post. This one has taken me 34 seconds so far.

Having said all that...I could be in the denial stage and unable to admitt I have a problem.

I'll join if there are meetings! Wouldn't it be so fun to get together with all these other "blogoholics?" And then it would be so easy to quit, too!

So Michelle, are you going to start a new blog for Bloggers Anonymous? I think the Lord is calling you.

I don't think I'm a blogaholic and I don't need a support group.

I can stop whenever I want.

(hubby in background): Yeah, right.

Does it mean something if you have come back and checked this same post about ten times?

I did change my picture in hopes of being thought of as a new blogger with the same name as someone else, he-he.

Okay if Pastors blog than hey this must be a holy thing so I think we are fine. :-)

No meetings as this is too much fun to quit..unless of course we can have the meeting here in SA. I'll take you on a safari and promise not to serve you...okay I won't go there.

Ginger you are now "sexy blogger"

Hey Michelle, sorry to say that I've been reading a few of those pastor's blog and I think they need to get back to working on their sermons and stop bloggin' so much, haha! As for the "sexy" blogger, ummmm, that's the other "Ginger". I'm still the one that is 47 and feeling 74 these days :(
You're way too cute, you know that, haha.
Thanks for makin' me smile.
