Birthday Wish

There are no words to describe the enormous power a woman has to positively or negatively totally change the people around her. I and my kids have the blessing of a wife and mother that has relentlessly used her influence to help us fulfill and become all the Lord would have us become. I see her greatness in our 3 children and how incredible each one of them are. I see her heart for the world and yet how it impacts the simple individuals she encounters. I’m privileged to be her husband and today on her birthday honor the woman who made me who I am today!!

I didn't realize our birthdays were so close together! Happy, happy birthday! It's a beautiful fall here- a sure sign the whole time I was growing up that my birthday was approaching. Now you get to have your birthday in the spring! Is that strange?

Rich- that was a gorgeous tribute to your wife. Very very special.

Nicely done Rich!
Michelle, I think you should have an extra special birthday treat...drink coffee ALL DAY long and feel no guilt...or do you already do that?
I told Jon that the poor, poor missionaries in Africa wanted a cabinet too...he laughed.

I wanted to send you an email yesterday, but forgot until bedtime, knowing that it would be too late to get it to you on time...

But HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I hope it was special and full of surprises...

fyi...you could NEVER "look like a missionary"... and next time, yo umight want to set some rules down when Rich has the kids. Makes for a great post and great picture, though!!

Wow, what a wonderful tribute to my beautiful, extraordinary daughter from my wonderful son-in-law. You two are great and make a great team. Your kids bear the fruit of your great examples.

Keep up the good work both of you.
Love,
Mom
