The "bug table"....complete with yummy treats such as ants on a log, caterpillar corn, bug cups, ladybird balls, a bucket of bugs and worm juice.
This cute larvae wouldn't be complaining about bugs in his food....

The birthday girl (quite pleased by the way with her party theme and cake of choice)

The party activities....
Team Butterfly
Vs. Team Flower
Team challenges:
The Cocoon Wrap (not to be confused with the Mummy Wrap :) )

A worm eating contest

The bug on a fly swatter relay
The inch worm race
The whole lot of bugs, including the little larvae joined in a round of "Buzz, Buzz, Sting"...
And Tori's favorite...The Fear Factor Challenge, where to win one must find 3 worms and a bug in the pie of jello using only one's mouth.
Only a few took the challenge

The winner???....the birthday bug and she was pretty buzzed!
And what would a bug party be without bug masks? Each would decorate their own...
From cheetah to bug, I'd say this beautiful butterfly was happy with the metamorphosis.

Okay Lady, you rock at giving a spectacular party. You never cease to amaze me. What fun party!
I cannot believe your little girl is 7!!!..and cute as ever!
Absolutely adorable!!! I used to do those kind of parties... A long long long time ago. haha. Poor Caleigh, being the last of the pack, gets shirked on these kinds of special things. But I figure it all balances out in the end.
Loved that cake.
What a fun bug party! LOVE the picture of Tori after the fear factor challenge...so cute. :)
Wow, what a party! Great pictures, too!
OK, what party encyclopedia did you get all these ideas from or is it just my incredibly blessed daughter?
Tori is so cute I wanted to reach out and hug her. The only negative thing I can say is thatI wasn't there. boo-hoo, too!!!!
Boy my incredibly creative daughter! I was impressed. How did you think up all those clever games to go along with the theme?
Yes, we just missed being thee. How I miss that little one! Give her a big hug from me.
Mom
