A recent ‘conversation’ with my almost 2 year old went something like this…..
“Tori what does a dog say?” “Wwwufff”
“Tori what does a cat say?” “Meeeeoowwww”
(look of pain on her face while saying the ‘ooww’ part)
“Tori what does a cow say?”
With lips pursed together……. “BOOOOOO”
I guess I don’t have to worry about Halloween as evidently it is the cows here in South Africa that frighten small children.

THat's great! Ethan had a good one, too...and we don't have the heart to correct him... We were in the car, and Emily was quizzing Ethan on animal sounds... she gave him a few that he knew, cat, dog, chicken, duck, then she asked, "what does a turtle say?", thinking she would throw in an animal that doesn't really make a noise and trip him up... without missing a beat, Ethan said, "DUDE!"... a little too much Finding Nemo??? yeah....
Oh she is such a cutie and a pouter too. I wish I were there to squeeze her.
